IP address conflicts

Linksys Wireless-n home wireless router

Specs: Windows 7/Mac/Windows XP

I have a basic Linksys wireless router, and many devices. However, I am always having a hard time getting on, I keep getting a IP address conflict. I think it is because there are too many devices. We have a computer hard wired in that used Windows XP, the rest are wireless:
-Windows 7
-Windows Vista
-Mac OS?
-Windows XP
-two iPhones
-two PSP's

Also, I think that my brother-in-law has his Mac set up to have a static IP address, when it is open, all the other laptops have difficulty getting on.

You don't have too many devices, by a long shot. The Mac can have a static IP but it should be out of the DHCP range. That's easy to do.

Linksys usually uses to or something like that. If the Mac is set to
all should be well.
