computer starts up fine...leads to internet explorer fine...opens bellsouth and e-mail icon comes up...before i can click on it, an error message comes up...in trying to trace it, i get a message that there is a problem with google connection.. i recently updated google...can you help...

What feature of Google did you update? Have you tried running a System Restore? What is the exact error message you're getting, and is it a browser error or an email error?
