Explain your network a little better. Is a cable connection with a modem and a router?
(modem > router > all PCs)?

What's wired and what's wireless?

Look at the event viewer for error messages.
Start, run, eventvwr.msc press enter.

Those aren't the full errors. Double click on each one and see what they say.
