I have a laptop that is wireless internet enables and I was wondering if i could somehow connect my xbox to this computer using a crossover cable so that i dont have to buy a wireless game adapter. i heard something about enabling internet sharing but when i try to do that with the wireless connection2, it says a LAN connection is already configured using the ip address or something... i would appreciate any help i can get on this

ive gotten a little closer since last night. my xbox actually detects the ip address and DNS server and i got the internet sharing to work. however, it still wont connect to the internet and to xbox live and the help screen says something about not enough MTU and for ICS, the help screen at xbox.com sucks. so, is there anything you can think of that might not let it connect?
