Specs: Windows XP & Windows 7
I have two Laptops with two Different OS installed - Windows XP and Windows 7 Ultimate.

I have an EDGE Modem with Mobile SIM to connect to the Mobile Network for Internet access.

What I want is to get Internet Access in both the Laptops. Both of them have WLAN (Broadcom company's)...

Suppose I'm connected to the Internet through EDGE Modem in the Laptop with Windows XP, is it possible to get Internet connection in the other Laptop with Windows 7 through the help of Wireless Card?

I simply want Internet Access in both the Laptops no matter which one gets connected to the Mobile Network first (XP or 7).

if you are connected to the modem wired then yes you can create a adhoc wireless connection between the two and then do ICS between the wireless and wired network interfaces.

Google for the how tos
