we went from 98 to xp because new hardware had no drivers for 98. Being a xp box I suspect this is the case, no 98 drivers. Might want to double check what version of lan card drivers you installed. xp's version won't work in 98

Can somebody help me to fix my problem with my internet connection?... This is the problem: I am using a billion bipac 7300g router and connected it with 3 laptop's in our house... Since i connected it i was able to surf the net but it disconnects every other day... I have already check the router and the dsl light is on. I was able to connect again in the net when i tried to turn off and turn on the router.I am still experiencing the problem until now and my solution is just to turn off and turn on the router again and again everytime the internet disconnects its annoying me. I just installed the new router a week before and still problems on it. I was able to ping the ip add and results was succesful. what could be the problem and the solution regarding on this matter? I want to surf on the net without any interruptions. I hope somebody can help about this. Thanks!
