Solved Internet Explore Unable Connect Network in Admin Account

Specs: Window 8, 4G

My son's laptop Window 8 has issue in IE. Internet Explore is unable to communicate browser server and displays "no page is displayed" and "proxy is not responding..." in admin account although the laptop is connecting with home router. I used HP check. It showed Port Issue 316 I tried to fix unsuccessfully

IE works very well in my son's account.

I solved this issue

Go to admin account to open IE

Click the option on the right bottom to open IE on desktop

Go to Tools > Internet Options
Click on the Connection Tab
Click LAN Settingd
Click Automatically detect settings
Click on OK
Restart IE
