The subject line pretty much describes my dilemma. A few things led up to having to install IE8. Figured it was a good idea, since IE7 disapeared - no joke. Anyway, I ran RegCure, McAfee, and some other Spyware program to check my computer. Did a defrag. Change security settings. Checked my IP configuration. My one moment of brilliancy came last night after half a bottle of captain Morgan. Epiphany! Safe Mode! So here I am. Please help me out. BTW, my comp is getting old (almost 5 years) and I have considered that may be an issue as well.
