Hi,
I am new to networking. I am trying to share internet connection between 2 win XP sp2 pc. I have a LAN card which is connected to the internet and its IP address is fixed. And another LAN card is connected to another PC. I enable the ICS. But can not access internet from another PC. The configuration of both pc is as below;

Yeah you didn't buy a router .. :-)
The addressing isn't right , they should all be in the 192.168.0 address space . You are using 2 different subnets the way you have it and unless you winxp machine is capable of routing that won't work , try setting them all in the 192.168.0 space . Verify the addresses aren't being used first by pinging them. Looking at your addressing if the ISP told you to use a 192.168 address then he must be doing natting and your best bet might be to just get a switch and hook everyone up via that on a 192.168.0 address. What address did the ISP tell you to use ?
