Hi, I have a problem connecting to internet when I want to use a cable modem (SBV5121 motorola). when I plug the cable, the system recognize an unidentified device and can not stablish a connection to the net.

after trying the cable, I can not even connect by wireless connection!

would you please help me solve the problem?
