Hello,
I seem to be having quite an annoying problem with my internet connection. I have a DSL-G604T Wireless Router, with a 2Mbps Pipex ADSL connection, I have owned this particular router for approximately 1 year.
For some reason my internet connection goes down after so long, usually it lasts around 30 minutes (this varies a lot!). However the thing which is strange with it, is that some pages will connect and download, for example, my home page is set to the BBC website, and I am able to access SOME of sub-links on this site, (e.g. www.bbc.co.uk/history) I have made sure they are not stored in the cache aswell. Also MSN, X-Fire seems to work fine.
For example, when I go to google.com, the windows error message is displayed (with the white cross in red circle) and says “Internet explorer could not search the page” and then shows “this page cannot be displayed”, Also for some strange reason, I cannot use my internet connection to make posts on this site, as it says my ISP address is banned, and I have never been banned from this site! :S this is strange as this never happened before all of this.
I have checked my phone line connection, which seems to be connected fine. I have also tried to ping, for example, www.google.com from my computer, and I do get replies, which again is strange. This problem applies to all of the computers on my network.
To fix the problem, I have to reboot my router. Disconnecting and connecting to the internet through the router configuration console does not work, the whole router has to be rebooted for it to work to its desired function.

You didn't say if the problem occurs while using a wireless connection or wired. In any case, what happens if you elinminate the router and connect directly to the modem (wired connection)? Do all the problems disappear?
If they do, then add the router back again and still using a wired connection. If everything is ok, then check the wireless NIC.
