Comment:

I have a desktop computer and a laptop. The internet says it is connected on the desktop, however the deskop is unable to access the internet (msn, websites, etc). The laptop cannot pick up the network for the wireless router either. I tried also just to see what happened on my PS3, and it couldn't connect to the internet either.

MSN and my PS3 troubleshooters say that it is a DNS related problem. I have tried to flush the dns, make sure all the ips and what not are correct.

My router is a linksys, wireless-g broadband router. My ISP is cogeco. I have tried the DNS ips that cogeco listed on their site, but they seem to not be working...

Thank you for your help.

So, neither the hard-wired connection nor the wireless are working? Have you reset the router?
