Intel Pro/Wireless startups in services.msc

Specs: Windows 2000
Can anyone provide a complete detailed list of start-up programs in services.msc that are crucial for Intel Pro/Wireless 3945BG Network Connection using Windows XP Pro (version 2002) SP3 on a Sony Vaio VGN-TXN17P lap top computer?

I "tweaked" the various start-ups in services.msc as recommended from on-line guides including disabling Windows Zero Configuration, but success was limited for a couple of hours!
Another related problem is connection dropping, sometimes to one bar, then turns yellow and then to white on the system tray Intel ProSet/Wireless icon. Eventually popping up that it is trying to acquire network connection.
I then have to restart my laptop, one to three times before it is stable again.
I also noticed that when I watch video clips on-line, I lose a signal bar intermittently. After an hour or so, my computer seems to slow down extremely even after I clear the temp files.
Not only the video playing, but every thing I do including Control/Alt/delete, even as simple as minimizing a tab!

A lot of the on-line guides don't list certain services I have like:
.Net runtime Optimization
Asp.Net State
InstallDriver Table Manager
Java quick Starter
Microsoft .Net Framework NGEN
Net.Tcp Port Sharing
Office Source Engine
Windows Driver Foundation -User-mode Driver Framework
Windows Presentation Foundation Font Cache (3.0 & 4.0)

Can someone with knowledge please list these items and be precise on Automatic, Manual or Disable start-up type settings.

Thanking you in advance,
George "The Greek", L.I., N.Y.

This is a classic example of why "tweaking" services is a bad idea. The gains are minimal at best and the possibility of causing problems high.
