When I am trying to use ICS (in ME) with my DSL connection, ICS is getting a conflict in device manager. The error says can't load NDIS.vxd. According to Microsoft articls I should disable the programs which is using DHCP service. I have tried everything but its not helping what shall I do now?

The internal NIC on your machine shouldn't be using DHCP. It should be static. I'm not using ICS, so I don't have the specifics but...
- Try removing ICS, then - Boot the machine in safe mode. - Right-click "My Computer" and remove every instance of your internal NIC (there may be quite a few). Um, make sure you've got drivers... - Reboot into normal mode. The NIC should be found again. Wait for it to reinstall and reboot as prompted. - Install ICS again.
