ics with a cable modem and 2 nics...

i have a cable modem connected to a computer with two nics in it.
the second nic is connected to a second computer's nic via a crossover cable.

can anyone give me or point me towards intsructions for setting up internet connection sharing on both pc's so this will work.

NIC 1 settings for host machine
IP 192.168.0.1
Subnet 255.255.255.0

NIC 2 settings for client computer
IP 192.168.0.2
Subnet 255.255.255.0
Gateway 192.168.0.1

Install ICS on the computer with the cable modem if your using Windows 98 from the control panel/add remove programs/windows setup/Internet tools/ICS

If your using Windows 2000 then enable ICS on the NIC connected to the cable modem.
