How do U set up ICS (wireless) for a PC with a USB radio modem and other laptops running Vista. The USB modem connection does not appear to show on Internet connections to allow ICS to be activated ? Thanks.

Might have to try Analogx's proxy instead of the ICS. You are more limited with ICS's ip addresses.
