if limited by my ISP , can i try to change some registry key to crack it? by i needn't to install any program given by ISP to online

All ISP's limit the amount of bandwidth they allow their cable customers to use. It's setting in the cable modem, and as far as I know, you can't modify it. It's not the ICS software, and no amount of tweaking the registry will help.

There are a few registry mods you can do use the availble bandwidth to it's fullest extent, though.

Do a search on "Cable speed" and you should get a few hits.

Cheers!

There is a way to change the upload speed limit in your modem. But the problem is that the modem will need to reboot after you made the change. The rebooting process will put the original upload speed limit setting back because during the rebooting process, your modem talks to your ISP's system and download a profile into your modem. If you could find a way to intercept that message and change the profile setting before it reaches your modem, then I think you have a good chance of getting a better upload speed.
