ICS problem with win98 server and win2k

Hi I run ICS on a win98 machine connecting to a cable modem. I have a win98 client and a win2k client which share the connection. The win98 client works very well. However, the win2k client is VERY slow. For example, when downloading files, the win98 client can do 40kb/s, but the win2k client can only do 4kb/s!
Is there anything I need to do on the win2k client to make it run faster?

Hey I can't even share my connection with Win2k(host) and Win98(client). How did you get it to work? Could you write me an e-mail with your Properties for Win2k + Win98? Thanks! I might be able to figure out your problem with that information possibly. I have been able to Internet Connection Sharing with Win98 and Win98.
