ics problem receiving files when ru

i have 2 pcs on a network, with no router all works fine accept when i have ics checked in msconfig i cant receive files in icq, if i uncheck it i can, does anyone know why and how i can fix this problem? both are using win98se

I believe that there are conflicts between ICQ/Netmeeting and ICS. I know in my situation, I cannot run ICS if netmeeting is being used on the host pc. I don't believe there is any resolution. Al
