I am trying to share my broadband without router. basically i ave set up a wireless ad-hoc network between my desktop and laptop.
But when i try to initiate ICS from laptop which is connected to broadband i get this;
' NAT is currently installed as a routing protocol, and must be removed before Internet Connection sharing. To remove NAT, open the Routing and Remote Access Manager snapin and expand the router's entry in the left pane. Delete the NAT routing protocol from the list of IP routing protocols.'
Has anyone expereince this then pls communicate your experiences or solutions. thanks in advance.
more info: desktop is running xp and laptop is running windows 2000 pro.
I mean to say how do i remove this nat routing protocol so i can create ICS connection to share internet. Right now i can do fiel sharing but can't connect my desktop to internet.
