Try a traceroute to e.g. google.com and trace the hops.

Click Start / Run and type cmd. Click ok.
In the command prompt type
tracert google.com

The first hop should be 192.168.0.1

Please send a reply, if you solved the problem !!!

First try tracert 74.125.45.100 and see what happens.

If this works, name resolution is not working.

So try to set also 192.168.0.1 as DNS server at the client pc and try the tracert google.com again.

Please send a reply, if you solved the problem !!!

Yes you should have seen a list of ip addresses.
So your problem is the DNS server setting.
If you are able to tracert yahoo.com from the host pc and get listed ip addresses and names, your have to configure the client pc to use the host pc as it's DNS server as described in response number 5.

Please send a reply, if you solved the problem !!!
