I Want to Enable VLAN

I am using Acer Travel Mate 6592 and i am having intel 82566MM Gigabit Network Card
I want to put VLAN. When i put VLAN (586) in Network connection /Intel card properties/ card configure/ VLAN it eccepted VLAN but VLAN status is disable also modify option is disable
becouse i want to connect my pc with switch which already configured same VLAN

I'm not sure why you think you need to enable VLAN's on a NIC, or for that matter, add a VLAN tag to the card.

If the port on the switch you're plugged into is tagged, then that tag will be added to all traffic coming from your interface by the switch.

Perhaps there is a specific reason for wanting to do what you're asking. If so, please explain so I can understand.
