Say if i had ADSL connection on my computer but i wanted another user to use the internet on my PC...but i only want him/her to use it at a certain time e.g. only after 9pm.
How is it possible for me to do this? Can i do this directly under windows? Or is it possible for you to recommend a software package?

It depends if you want to limit the user accessing the files or the internet or both. I believe it can be done in the Windows schedule.

I know you can do this from a DSL\Cable router like Linksys or D-Link. Under Access Restrictions on the router you can set what days or hours are allowed to use the connection.
