I lost my office program

I work in a bank for the position operasional staff. In this month, we applied a new program from Bank Indonesia (central bank of Republik Indonesia. I must sent our report online to the Bank for monthly. In this month, when sent the report, I can't connect to the BI server. The message is TCP/IP error. I look in my configuration communication, there are two TCP/IP, I was deleted for one and I connect to the BI. The problem is I can't connect to my internal banking program, I was refresh my TCP/IP and I still can't connect the program, anybody can help me?
