Specs: none
...It has never been connected to xbox live. I bought a used N adapter. It did not come with the installation disk which I understand is necessary to install the newer adapter on an original console. The 360 is up the mountains but I live in Philly. So, I need the software so that I can burn a disk to take with me to the mountains this weekend. The disk is labeled "Xbox 360 Wireless N Networking Adapter Installer Disc" Can U help please?

If you can run an Ethernet cable from your router / modem to the Xbox just to allow it to run all the updates you won't need the install disk. The driver will download in a firmware update.
