Dear Sir,
I Have BSNL Broad Band Net.But Last some days I Have been facing a Problem with Net Connection. I have tolled my problem to my service provider he said me your MODEM has been rest.So, Kindly tell me best solution for SET MODEM. As Soon As Possible.

What do you mean by SET MODEM?

can you explain what problem you are having with your net connection

im surprised that when you spoke to the service provider thet did not inform you on how to SET MODEM or reset your modem.

Yes, they have tolled me that your Modem has been reset. and due to reset. you are facing problem. they have given to me after setting the modem. but, they have not shown me. that how is done it by them.

Did you try power cycling the modem? The end user should not be the one that has to do anything beyond that.
