This is likely a DNS error. Open a command prompt window (ie: Start >> Run >> type cmd and hit Enter) and perform the following command:
Post the output here. If you need to know how to post the output of the ipconfig command, click on my name above in my response and read my "how-to" guide titled, "Post the output of ipconfig (version 2)"
Also, include your physical setup. Something like:
internet >> router >> clients
internet >> computer
If you have a SOHO Router and other clients who are connecting, do an ipconfig on a working client and include that output in your response.
