I can't scan from Epson Workforce 633

Specs: Windows 7

Get "router/acess point channel conflict error and when I try Epson scan icon it tells me it cannot communicate with scanner.

When I reinstalled CD, it told me the installation failed as some files necessary fo set up were missing.

Re-install using setup package from Epson Support instead of using the CD:

Works when I use the EPSON SCANNER, still get an error message when I want to scan from the control panel on the printer/scanner. In the last step when the option "Scan to PC (PDF) comes up and I press it, then "Select PC" shows up but then there is no PC to choose from except "Last Used".

when I press it I get "Communication Error".
