Subject: I cant import new users using csvde
OS: windows server
CPU/Ram: Pentium 4 2.4G/512 MB
Model/Manufacturer: I built it.
Comment:
I am trying to import a file of new users using csvde. In cmd I type "csvde -i -f filename.csv -k". I keep getting "add error on line 2. No such object." The objects are the OUs.

Firstly, I don't see the full path in your filename.

Did you Google?

http://www.google.com/search?q=add+...

http://technet2.microsoft.com/windo...

http://www.google.com/search?q=csvd...

Life's more painless for the brainless.

I input the path before I used the import command. I typed
cd "c:\filename\filename\filename". Then I typed csvde -i -f filename.csv -k. Then I get a message that states:
Importing directory from filename.csv.
Loading entries.
Add error line 2: No such object.
The server side error is "Directory object not found."
0 entries modified succesfully.
An error has occurred in the program.
No log files were written. In order to generate log file path via the -j option.

Is that what your asking? And yes I Googled. I ran into those websites. Maybe I am missing something. Is it that -j option for path. I felt I already stablished a path. I am confused.
