Is there an email server on the domain? Do you have an account on it? If the answer is yes, you probably can retrieve mail from it.
Is the email server an Exchange server, POP server, or something else? How you set up Outlook will depend on what kind of mail server it is. Your best be would be to get this information from whoever runs the server.
