I can ping but no browse

I have problem with LAN and Internet OS: WIN98 Our LAN contain about 40 PC. I can ping all, but I can browse few of them in "Network neighbouhood". Also I can not browse Internet with IE5 over LAN like before. I can ping my Internet service provider but no browse site. Anybody have ideas why this is heppening? Thanks advanced.

Are all PC logging in to a Domain controler? If not that is a very large P2P network!
Windows 9X is know to be a bit buggy with networking... After booting the PC it can take up to 10 Min to get a updated list of PC's on the network and alowe you to browse.
Internet access - Is a server controling the access or a router. Make sure your gateway is set properly. Make sure your DNS is being set properly.
