i have a pc that is connected to internet
and i have 2 others that are connected to that pc through a hub, i enabled internet sharing, will this situation somehow decrease download speed on those 2 computers that are connected to hub??

You didn't tell if your using broadband or dial-up but I will assume broadband. Yes the speeds will decrease for the two computers connected to the first computer. Its always better to directly connect the computers to a router/switch and share the connections instead of using a host computer. Think about it your "internet" will go to the first computer (nic card) and then have to go out another nic to the hub then to another nic on your other computers. If the host computer is doing something it will slow down everything.
