How to use netmeeting on LAN?

Would like someone to help me out. I have a server (Linux operated) which holds the Ethernet card that connects to my cable modem. The Ethernet has the "central" ip number. Than I have a PC (Windows 98 operated) station connected to the server. The pc also has an Ethernet card with a (sub?) ip number. If I use Windows Netmeeting for video conferencing (or any pc/pc communication software such as Net2phone and such), the other party can hear (audio) and see (video) me (outbound) but I cannot (inbound) as the communication "hooks" up with the ip of the server ethernet card and not with the (sub?) ip of the ethernet card installed in my W98 station. How can this problem be resolved. Many Thanks for your assistance. Nico van Boxtel
