I have to just type

I want to use it to in my home ( Wireless Connection 1 )on my laptop to see the video of my office( Wireless Connection 2 ) using android phone, but the problem here is it says port forwarding should be enabled to wireless d-link 600 router and then the http:<ip address>:<port> should be accessed.

Port forwarding would be on the router that has the camera attached to it. You would forward any traffic for port 8080 to the camera, in this case + the MAC address. The hard part is that if you want to access it from your house, over the internet, you need to know the public address of your router at the office. The router can tell you this, but it will only help you if your router is directly connected to the public internet. If you're within an office or building subnet, you'll have to setup port forwarding on multiple routers and possibly get firewall rules changed and other complicating network setup issues. You probably should work with your building or office LAN administrator if you don't have your own public internet connection.

Oh, I believe you'll also need to enable NAT on the network.
