No is the simple answer.

If you have one device connected to WiFi then that device has all the Bandwidth, when a second device connects like another laptop, PS3 or Xbox it then splits the bandwidth between he two. If you internet speed is faster than what you get on wifi you can always buy a new adapter that works at a higher speed.

Windows will only use one adapter pointed to one device at a time. There is no benefit with two nics connecting to the same wifi device.
