how to turn on wireless capability in vista

Specs: Windows Vista
my wireless connection disappeared suddenly, and message displayed to turn on the wireless capability in my computer by switch or function key. no switch in my laptop and no function key displayed. how can i solve this?

There is always a key/switch of some sort on laptops so you can switch it off if needed. Check the manual (download one from the manufacturer's website if necessary), but if there's no actual switch somewhere along the edge of the laptop then it will be a combination key - one of the F keys, together with the Fn key - usually has a logo on it that looks like an aerial or antennae.

Thank you very much, actually there is no switch in my dell laptop. But Fn+F2 (which had aerial sign) turn on the wireless connection. Thank you for your help
