I did some quick searches & it looks like you can only capture to a text file. You could try to change the path & the file extension to something else under transfer, capture.

but the data continouse from hardware,and need to update to database server in real time.the data come from a few ID

Hyperterminal is the wrong application to use to get the data. You need an that can open a session into your data source, then read the data, and parse into fields for each record. Then it must open your database and write the database while providing the proper record locking.

First you need a complete description of the data stream especially record and field delimiters. Then you parse the data and write to the database. You need to determine how much buffering for the input and output data streams.
