I am trying to make a personal webserver on my computer which is connected to a router. I need to redirect requests for port 80 to this comp (i think). I have a belkin wireless router and i'm not sure how to redirect port 80.

Set the webserver to have a fixed IP address on your internal network, and then on the router, forward port 80 (and possibly 8080) both TCP and UDP to the webserver's fixed IP address.
Also, make sure your ISP is NOT blocking port 80, so as to save bandwidth, unless you are a business account.
