How to setup Port without router page

My Aztech DSL605EU settings page does not show up when i try to login. Is there anyway i can set up a port for utorrent without directly going to the router page?

No there isn't. For that you will need the router set-up page and you will also need a user name and password.
If you don't know the user name and password ask whoever set up the router. It it was you and you forgot it the only option is to reset the router to factory defaults and then you will need to reconfigure everything.

when i go to the router page. i enter the right username and password and i click login. the next page is just blank. I also tried i a different password that i know was wrong and it says "bad username/password"

In that case I thing a factory re-set is all you can do and see if that works. If you still get a blank page I think you should be thinking of getting a new router.
