Objective: To set up a Lotus Domino Mail Server.
Available: 5 Fixed IP Addresses x.y.z.n1
x.y.z.n2
x.y.z.n3
x.y.z.n4
x.y.z.n5
and a Gateway x.y.z.n6
and subnet mask b.c.d.e

Available hardware :
1) 1 Compaq ML370 Server
2) 1 x ADSL Modem (on all the time)
3) 1 x Router
4) 2 x switches
5) 10 x pcs on a LAN
6) 1 x Hardware Firewall.

Question: 1) How should go about 'wiring' up
the configuration as above.
I have to set up the mail server and later
configure it for VPN as well (to retrieve mail and files from the server)
2) How do I use the fixed IPs that I have been allocated?
3) How should I connect the LAN of 10 pcs to the server? meaning - if the lan uses ips' on the range of say 10.a.b.cn whereas the server is on a fixed ip of say x.y.z.n1
( or have done it incorrectly?)
4) Where do I 'connect' the firewall to?
Suggestions and comments are most welcome

Thanks very much

Shaw
