My network, described below, works fine but I want to add wireless.
1. Comcast cable provider
2. Cable Modem, Linksys Model BEFCMU 10 v4
3. to a Linksys BEFSX41 v2 4 port switch / VPN Endpoint,
4. New home with structured wiring with 6 possible pickup points; only one used,
5. to a Linksys 10/100 hub Model NH100 5, v2
6. From the hub to the desktop and laptop.I wanted to use my laptop while watching TV without running a cable across the room. So, I bought a NETGEAR WNR34Bv2. How can I configure my system so I can use my laptop in a wireless configuration?

You can just connect wireless router’s LAN port to Ethernet router’s LAN port by using a crossover cable, then configure the wireless router as access point only. After that you can join the wireless network to access Internet.

Thank you very much for the response. I note the phrase "configure the wireless router as access point" has a link. I download that instruction and will attempt the "fix." This pictures is exactly what I am trying to do. I hope before the evening is to far gone I will complete the task.
I note that when I first attempted to insert the wireless router the setup configuration would not complete so, I'm not sure exactly how to change the IP address but will work on it.
