No, not unless he has an FTP server running. When a packet is sent over the internet, part of the packet header indicates what protocol is being used for the data so the reciever knows how to handle it. HTTP for WWW, SMTP for EMAIL and FTP for files, etc. If a packet is sent without a protocol it defaults to HTTP so your browser tries to interpret it expecting HTML. So you need something at the other end to accept the packet and process it.

I find it hard to believe that someone with internet access doesnt have an E-mail address. There are plenty of free E-mail systems available.

Probaly the easiest way is to set up your own web site and make the file avalaible for download. Most ISP give you some web space and simple web page is not to dificult to set up. Then you need to tell your friend and him alone what the web address is. If the file is confidential you can delete is it once it has been downloaded.

Setup a free email account and send an email with necessary file attached to that address. Give your friend the email username and password. Now he not only has email, but he has access to the file.

"no email available for him."

He certainly has the capability. Of course, he could be Donald Knuth or like-minded in this regard. In that case, follow Stuart's suggestion.

some files may will be too big to put inside an email server. some of the free email only 3Mb of space.

Actually, i can slice those files into pieces but yet i ve to mail two three times and wait for him to receive and clear the mail box. thats why i said he doesnt ve any mail account bcoz i tried to send him those file directly to his computer.

is there any way to sent through port 138/139 if he has file sharing service??

there r some backdoor trojens can allowed me to transfer the file, but this is not the actual way for me to do that bcoz some other people may use this to crack his computer.

i ve been looking for this solution for a long time but yet i can't get it! :-(
