Start > Control Panel > User Accounts and Family Safety > User Accounts
Start > Control Panel > User Accounts.

Either of them should get you to where you need to go to get rid of another user account on your computer

Don't remove ANY accounts until you have done the following:

logged on as administrator
created a second administrator account as a back door

THEN you can delete the user account.

If you are talking about what shows up as "owner" you need to search the registry for that key [owners name] and replace the owners name with your own.

Answers are only as good as the information you provide.
