|First, make sure you can communicate with the target PC/Server (the one with the share on it). This can be done by opening a command prompt window and pinging the computer.|
The typical way to remap a drive is to open file explorer and from the menu bar at the top choose: Tools >> Map Network Drive Once the window opens, you should be able to use the pulldown (Folder) to select the drive. If the drive has been mapped in the past, it should appear here. Provide credentials, if required, and click on "Finish" and your drive should map.
