Keyboard loggers. 6. Cameras. 7. Great network backup program. 8. Buy a router like the netgear fr314 which has a set number of user licenses and fill them all up. Give all the computers static ips preferrably in the 192.168.197.27 to 192.168.197.46 range with a gateway of 192.168.117.244. So if you pop out a computer, you will have to use/guess that ip address and gateway. 9. Use switches instead of hubs (Hubs broadcast to all computers, switches just one) and more separate routers (secure {internal} and non secure [external] LANS)

In addition, you might consider encrypting the data sent to/from PCs on your LAN....will cause more network traffic, but anything a sniffer might get should be encrypted.

you can run something like antisniff to scan your network for nics running in promiscuous mode.
