how to open ports? (linksys router)

i've been trying to receive files thru icq..and havent been successful. I read the help section on tuneld.com and realize i have to open some ports.. .however.. when i input "http://192.168.1.1" in my browser..i only get a server unreachable message... anyonw know whats going on?

Is that the address in the documentation? I would have thought it was 192.168.0.1.

192.168.1.1 is correct for Linksys router. Try holding in the reset button for 7 or 8 seconds, release and then try 192.168.1.1 again.
