how to make available of dns server for windo

Specs: Intel core i5 , 6 gb ram
When i connect to wireless network, the Internet explorer cannot display the webpage. I click the option 'diagnose connection problem', it shows ' your DNS server might be unavailable '. I'm using windows 7, sony vaio. How can i overcome this?

Check the connection settings in Internet Explorer.
In the LAN settings, make sure, that all checkboxes are unchecked.
Therefore uncheck:
- Automatically detect settings
- Use automatic configuration script
- Use a proxy server for your LAN

I tried your solution.. Even though i couldn't access the internet.. I am getting the same error message.. What shall i do now?

go to accessories
right mouse click on command prompt and choose run as admin
type ipconfig /all >test,txt and hit enter
type edit test.txt and copy the contents to a post here for review.
