I assume you are trying to use the internet on it?

When away from home you have to connect to someone else's wireless router or to a free WiFi service (a hotspot). So your own log in password will be no good when you are away from home.

IF you are actually expecting to be able to log onto your home network and access files, you are out of luck. You can however save copies online like Google drive (or other Cloud storage) and then you would have full access to those files from away from home on your phone, laptop, or tablet. Your ISP may have their own version of cloud storage for you to use. You will just need to remember to copy back the newer version when you get home or use a Sync as part of the service to keep everything up to date, just make sure that you keep a copy or more on your own equipment and weigh how safe certain types of file will be when on a corporate drive somewhere in the world.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.

How to log in to what? Your question is not very specific.

You can log into the internet, your email, a server etc. If its just your internet shut off your WiFi and reboot your phone.

Assuming you mean log in to the internet, has this ever worked or did it just stop?

Are you set up with your phone service provider to get onto the internet when you are away from your home Wifi?

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks
