I have these IP Addresses, and I need to know which of them are a Global IP?

How to figure that out?

172.18.0.21

Is this by chance a Homework Question.

If so a few moments spent on Google will give you all the answers. Just Google private IP address

Only one of those address is a public IP address (global) and it belongs to The Endurance International Group, Inc.

A search in here will uncover the owner of any public address:

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks
