I have some one stocking me online and had my password I now have there url # but dont know to much about computer's can someone help me

You can get the IP address from here:

http://www.dnsstuff.com/

It wont do you a lot of good though. The best you will get is the ISP of the user. To find his identity you will have to contact the ISP and they are unlikely to give you that without a court order.

You can complain to the ISP but unless the individual is actually breaking the ISPs AUP there is not much you can do except change your password.
